With a diverse background in finance, agronomy, and agribusiness, Mr. Tregaskes has worked directly with companies such as Syngenta, Bayer, and BASF developing new methodologies and efficiencies in biotechnology research and implementation specific to global climate zones.  Well versed in decarbonization and blockchain development, he drove the integration of cutting-edge technology into the carbon offset industry. With over two decades of experience in the space, he has a deep understanding of the carbon offset market and a vision for its future. Under his leadership, ECO has become a pioneer in the use of blockchain technology to increase transparency, efficiency, and security in the carbon credit market. Mr. Tregaskes’ commitment to innovation and sustainability has helped the company become a leader in the industry and set a new standard for the global carbon offset space.  He has a dedicated passion to impact how the public and private sectors integrate new strategies to benefit their presence in the global decarbonization marketplace.

Aaron is a serial entrepreneur, and has built and sold 12 companies, and later leveraged his experience in over 15 years of strategic executive leadership facilitation and consultation. He has over 25 years of business development and fundraising experience, with over $125M funds raised. He was the Entrepreneur in Residence at Arizona State University, Thunderbird School of Global Management, Arizona Commerce Authority, and Singularity University on the NASA Ames Campus. He is the bestselling author of Exponential Theory:  The Power of Thinking Big.

Forbes has ten years of experience in community building and team management. He produces the largest weekly networking hub for entrepreneurs in Arizona, Venture Café Phoenix.
