Eric Hutchings

Eric Hutchings is joining Evergreen Carbon Offsets as an Evergreen Washington Ambassador. Hutchings is a former member of the Utah House of Representatives, where he served twenty years from 2001-2021. During his time in the Utah House of Representatives, Hutchings served as the speaker pro tempore of the Utah House of Representatives from 2015-2021.

Hutchings served on twelve committees in the Utah State House of Representatives during his tenure and is the former Co-Chair of the International Relations & Trade Committee. Other committees Hutchings served on in include:

Hutchings graduated from Brigham Young University with a BA in Asian Studies. A sustainability champion, he is the Founder & CEO of Regeneris Group Renewable Energy.

Hutchings, an Eagle Scout, has been recognized for his service to his community and his state multiple times, including The Presidents Award from the Utah Highway Patrol and recognition for Leadership and Commitment to Law Enforcement and Victims of Identity Theft by the Office of the Attorney General for the State of Utah.
